SHIPPING POLICY

At Sleeping Giant Fitness, we aim to deliver your fitness gear as quickly and safely as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Estimated shipping time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
